Recall that the owner of Twitter, Elon Musk removed the verification ticks of several influential celebrities and public figures including Neo Akpofure, Vee, Erica Nlewedim, Tacha Akide, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, Blaqbonez, Ladipoe, Rema, Ayra Starr, Davido, Wizkid, Burnaboy, Chike, Tony Elumelu, Zlatan Ibile, Peruzzi, amongst others.
Tacha Akide said via her official Twitter page generating reactions and comments from the public that they had to verify her back, as she’s not paying anything to get verified again.
