A 20-year-old Justina Dauda, who recently passed out from the National Youth Service Corps program, stated that he is keeping her virginity in order to earn the respect of her future husband.
Dauda, who served in the Nigerian Police Academy as a corp member said that those that lost their virginity, is their own choice, adding that it is a very bad thing for a lady to lose her virginity at a tender age.
In her words, Justina Dauda said; “I am keeping my virginity to earn respect from my future husband. It is very bad for a lady to lose her virginity at a tender age”
“When you got married as disvirgin lady, your mother-inlaw and husband will not repesct you and people will be calling you a prostitute”
Speaking further, Dauda said when she was in secondary school, she read a story of a woman who was sent back home by her mother-in-law because she got married to her son being disvirgin.
