According to him, his relationship with the unnamed minister has earned him the right to take out his friends to spend his money.
In addition to that, he receives a whooping sum of N5 Million Naira for just his upkeep.
Excitedly, he narrates how he is always on the road, enjoying and spending the minister’s money.
