Hip Hop artiste, Erhiga Agarivbie, known professionally as Erigga, has posited that there is no gain in owing a building property in Lagos state.
The ‘Motivation’ crooner dished a subtle advise against investing in real estate in Lagos because the money will go to waste.
According to Erigga, someone who uses their money to carry a sex worker known as ‘ashawo’ in local parlance, would have more peace of mind that the person who builds a house in the bustling city dubbed the nation’s commercial capital.
Taking to his Twitter account, the rapper wrote; “Person wey use money carry Ashawo get peace of mind than person wey build house for Lagos!!!”
He also raised alarm over the rate at which people are begging in Lagos, saying it has become an industry.
“There’s a begging industry in lagos now, don’t play 💨🍃🤝” Erigga tweeted.
