“Why I’m better than TG Omori as a music video director” ― Blaqbonez

Blaqbonez, a Nigerian singer and rapper, brags about his creative abilities as he recently declared himself as the best in video directing as compared to TG Omori.

TG Omori is one of Nigeria’s top best and well paid music video directors.

This debate comes after both Blaqbonez and TG Omori were nominated for “Best Music Video” at the 16th Headies Awards.

While TG Omori received a nomination for directing the music video for Fireboy DML feat. Asake’s song “Bandana,” Blaqbonez received a nomination for co-directing the music video for his song “Back In Uni.”

Their nomination in the same category generated a social media argument about who was more powerful between them and their followers.

Featuring on Cool FM Nigeria’s Big Friday Show co-hosted by reality star, Tacha, Blaqbonez bragged that he is a better director than TG Omori.

Tacha asked: “Do you think you are a better video director than TG Omori?”

He said, “To be honest, I don’t think anybody is better than me at anything. So, it’s a very interesting question to pose.

“I believe that I’m one of the most creative human beings and if I put my mind to it, I will be the best at any field that involves creativity. So, the answer is definitely yes. I’m better than everybody.”
