Popular Nigerian singer, Harrison Tare Okiri, known by his stage name, Harrysong, took his mother on a dinner date to a pricey restaurant where an interesting exchange occurred.
In a video which was shared online, the woman could be seen inspecting the plate of food that was served to her when her son told her to eat, that salad would be brought later.
She asked him what would happen if she was done eating the rice before the salad arrives and the musician informed her that more portions of rice will be served.
The elderly woman who did not seem comfortable opined that everything would cost more than N1k. but the Reggae Blues crooner explained to his mother that it was buffet which he paid N30,000 for.
The revelation sent shockwaves down her spine, and she exclaimed in disbelief. She asked her son why he did not give her the money so that she would have used it to enjoy at home, but he replied that she should just eat as he will give her N100,000.
