Whitemoney denies asking Uriel out, recounts what transpired

BBNaija ‘All Stars’ evictee, Whitemoney, has come forward to deny allegations of romantic advances towards fellow housemate Uriel.

The reality TV star set the record straight during an interview with Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos on Tuesday.

Uriel had previously claimed in a post-eviction interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that Whitemoney had made romantic overtures towards her, which she had turned down.

However, Whitemoney refuted these claims emphatically during his radio interview.

When asked by the radio anchor if he had ever been romantically interested in Uriel, Whitemoney responded.

Radio anchor asked;  “Were you ever romantically interested in Uriel?”

In response, Whitemoney said … “In capital letters, no!”

Whitemoney elaborated on his relationship with Uriel, explaining that they had initially met at a restaurant where they got to know each other.

Following their acquaintance, Uriel had reportedly asked him for financial assistance amounting to N100,000.

“I was led in my spirit to give her N100k just to support her. In my mind, I said, this money is too small. But that was what I was asked to give in my spirit, and I did it,” Whitemoney said.

The recently evicted BBNaija All Stars housemate, Whitemoney, further clarified that he only approached Uriel with a business proposition after discovering her talent as an exceptional singer.

In related story, Recently evicted Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Uriel Oputa, has revealed that Whitemoney expressed interest in pursuing a romantic relationship with her outside the house, but she declined.

Uriel recounted her experience in the house during an interview with the show host, Ebuka.

She disclosed that she had a close bond with Whitemoney outside the house, however, her perception changed due to certain narrativesshe came across online, prompting her to distance herself.
