Amid the turmoil, Ilebaye, who is a friend of Doyin, took it upon herself to mediate and extend an olive branch to Venita.
Ilebaye’s attempt at reconciliation was met with mixed reactions, as she apologized on behalf of her friend Doyin for the altercation.

However, the situation took an unexpected turn when Doyin learned of Ilebaye’s actions. During a conversation with another housemate, Angel, Doyin openly criticized Ilebaye and cast doubt on her intentions.
Doyin’s remarks included accusations that Ilebaye prioritizes men and alcohol over more meaningful concerns, suggesting that her friend’s actions were driven by these interests.
