Super Eagles’ goalie Nwabali conferred ‘Ugo Egbema’ title in Rivers State

Super Eagles’ goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali who led Nigeria to the 2024 AFCON finals with outstanding saves, has been crowned with a prestigious chieftaincy title in his community.

The goalie was crowned with the title of Ugo Egbema, “The Pride of Egbema Kingdom,” by His Royal Majesty, Nzeobi Evaristus Amida, the traditional ruler of Mgbede community in Egbema Kingdom.

The traditional ruler noted that the Super Eagles’ goalie was given the title for bringing honor to his people.

Recall also that Stanley Nwabali was rewarded with a state honor along with N20 million gift by the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.
