Founder and senior pastor of Mercy City Church, Warri, Delta State, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, has surprised his wife, Anthonia Fufeyin, with a whopping N55 million cash gift on her birthday.
The birthday celebration, which took place on Friday, October 29, 2023, at the Mercy City Church headquarters, was attended by thousands of worshippers, dignitaries, and celebrities.
The Delta pastor got married to Anthonia Fufeyin and gave birth to five children.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, Prophet Fufeyin presents his wife with a large suitcase containing the cash gift. His wife was overwhelmed as she received the gift from her loving husband.
With joy and happiness, she could be seen sleeping on the bundles of money, wrapped with nylon.
Meanwhile, there have also been some criticisms of the prophet, with some people accusing him of flaunting his wealth and of using his wife for public relations. Others have also questioned the source of the prophet’s wealth.
