Nigerian-British singer-songwriter Moelogo is taking his debut album back to Lagos. He has announced YORÙBÁ HEALER LIVE, a live music and cultural experience set for December 20, 2026, according to an announcement published by NotJustOk.
The event is billed as a homecoming built around the sounds, stories and personal reflections behind Yorùbá Healer, the album Moelogo released in July 2026. The announcement says the project explores music, identity, ancestry, self-discovery and healing, and the link between contemporary African music and the heritage that shapes it.
Lineup and what to expect
Oladapo, Amaeya, Boybreed, DOTTi The Deity, Kotrell, Zamorra and Liya are listed to perform alongside Moelogo. The announcement promises live performances, special guest appearances, collaborations, DJ selections and what it calls unexpected moments. It describes the night as intimate yet energetic, with a curated audience from Nigeria's music, entertainment, fashion, media and creative industries, plus fans.
Tickets, merchandise and no VIP
The event will include the YH Marketplace, a merchandise pop-up with exclusive YORÙBÁ HEALER items and memorabilia, as well as a curated media and photography area. Tickets will come in different pricing tiers, each carrying a merchandise-related benefit. Depending on the tier, attendees can redeem their ticket value towards merchandise or get discounts on selected limited-edition items.
All tickets are standard admission. The organisers state there is no separate VIP category or VIP section. Ticket prices and the venue within Lagos were not stated in the announcement, which lists the location only as Lagos, Nigeria.
New music and a film soundtrack credit
Since the album, Moelogo has released an EP, Can Never Miss, in October 2026. A three-track project, WYHMSL, is scheduled for release on November 19.
The singer-songwriter has also contributed to the soundtrack of Children of Blood and Bone, the film adaptation of Tomi Adeyemi's bestselling fantasy novel. According to the announcement, the soundtrack is executive-produced by Grammy-winning Nigerian star Tems and brings together African musical talent for the international production.
Tickets and further information are available through the link given by the organisers on the Moelogo events page. Press enquiries are handled by Sheifunmi of NXT5YRS Lagos.
