A Nigerian man joyfully celebrates as he holds his biological son, a year after he began manifesting his desire for a child by carrying a ‘pillow baby’ following many months of waiting.
The video was shared to the couple’s joint Twitter page, @stalwart_lovers, where they share their stories on faith based lifestyle and relationships.
They got married in 2020 and together decided not to have any children yet until 2022, when they began trying actively.
To their greatest shock, nothing was happening and no baby was coming forth.
In an extraordinary display of faith, her husband tied a pillow baby on his back in 2023, believing God that he would hold his own son after they received a word.
Exactly one year after, he was blessed with his own son.
Their tweet reads;
“We had been married since June 2020 but started trying by January 2022. In our heads, we were going to get pregnant the same month (laughs in Spanish 😂😂) but God had the perfect time in mind.
In May 2022, we received a word from God that He was going to give us a son.
So we were at ease and trusting on His word to be fulfilled. We just didn’t know when.
In February 2023, @mikefabiyi recorded a video with a pillow on his back with faith in his heart that he would recreate the video with a real baby on his back.
One year later, the Lord has done it finally and we are holding our promise in our hands.
