Priscilla Ojo, the dazzling bride and beloved daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, has thrown cold water on swirling rumors that she sidelined her father, Ademidun Ojo, in her wedding preparations.
Since the inception of her wedding plans last year, Priscilla has actively involved her loved ones, most notably her mother, Iyabo, and other close family members.
However, her father’s noticeable absence in online preparations and key ceremonies fueled whispers of an alleged estrangement.
The whispers reached a fever pitch on Friday, February 7, 2025, when Priscilla and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux began sealing their union in a lavish Islamic ceremony in Tanzania.
The guest list was star-studded, her mother, brother, friends, and relatives all present, but her father was nowhere in sight, setting social media ablaze with claims of a fractured relationship.
However, in a strategic move to quash the growing speculations, Priscilla took to Snapchat, shared a screenshot of a video call with her father.
The post, sighted by gossip blog Gistlover and others, served as an unspoken yet powerful statement, affirming that despite her parents’ separation, her bond with her father remains intact.
