The young lady’s rise to fame came after a hilarious video she posted on social media caught the attention of not only her followers but also Davido himself.
In the now-viral video, Okoli Classic was captured playfully attempting to pass off a bowl of soaked garri as fried rice.
Amused by her creative take on the culinary arts, Davido decided to show his appreciation for Okoli’s content by gifting her a substantial sum of N2 million.
The unexpected windfall left Okoli utterly stunned, and her emotional reaction was captured in a subsequent Instagram video.
In this new video, the overwhelmed content creator expressed her gratitude to Davido for his kind gesture.
However, Okoli’s newfound fortune did come with a minor hiccup.
Her phone apparently struggled to handle the sheer excitement of the moment and failed to operate as usual since she received the heartwarming message from Davido.
Faced with technical difficulties brought on by what she humorously referred to as her “village people,” Okoli took the incident in stride, announcing her plans to purchase a new phone.
“My phone no gree on since morning, is it not my village people, my phone can’t carry the message, Happiness wan kee mee I don’t know what I want to say,” she said in the video.
