Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has participated in the 2019 African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) in Accra, Ghana – The disclosure was made on Wednesday, September 4, by Vice President Osinbajo.

The  Vice President Yemi Osinbajo boycotted the World Economic Forum (WEF) on Africa that is being held in South Africa and participated in the 2019 African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) in Accra, Ghana.

It was gathered that the federal government boycotted WEF because of the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

Vice President disclosed on his official Instagram page on Wednesday, September 4, that he participated at the AGRF in Ghana.

He said: “Today, I participated in the 2019 African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) in Accra, Ghana, themed: “Grow Digital: Leveraging Digital Transformation to Drive Sustainable Food Systems in Africa” and noted how digital technology is already changing the face of Agriculture in Nigeria with several tech companies already active in the Agriculture space.”
