President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the construction of 40 residences for Justices of the Court of Appeal, Federal High Court, and FCT High Courts.

This was disclosed by Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike, during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Court of Appeal’s Abuja division complex in Dakibiyu, Jabi District, Abuja.

The President also approved the construction of retirement homes for heads of courts, including the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, FCT Chief Judge, National Industrial Court President, and Court of Appeal President.

Minister Wike assured that the foundation for these homes will be laid in August, and the keys will be handed over by September next year.
