A heartwarming video has captured the moment singer Rema surprised his two male fan with N2 million each during his homecoming concert in Benin City, Edo state.
Rema, whose real name is Divine Ikubor, is one of the trending conversations online after the ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker returned to his hometown to celebrate his musical journey from a young musician to global superstar. With the support of Oba of Benin and Edo state governor, Gov. Godwin Obaseki, the event took place at multi-purpose stadium, Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin.
The singer captivated audiences with his energy and melodious voices as he performed his hit songs. The concert also features appearance by Nigerian superstars like Don Jazzy, Shallipopi, Odumodublvck, Ladipoe, Crayon and lot more, adding more layer of excitement to the event.
While performing on stage, Rema noticed a beautifully designed frame of himself being held up by two male fans. He then brought up the fans and made the announcement of gifting them N2 million each.
The atmosphere was filled with anticipations as audiences excitedly climbed on the stage to be part of the lucky ones to get the money.
