A Muslim cleric from Zimbabwe, Ismail ibn Musa Menk, also known as Mufti Menk says people can’t stand it when someone else is doing well.

He said they’ll plant seeds of doubts and negativity hoping to see the successful person fall.

He tweeted;

“People can’t stand it when someone else is doing well. They’ll try to plant seeds of doubt and negativity. They may even spread falsehoods just to hijack your success story. Don’t worry about their plans. The Almighty is fully aware and All-Knowing. Trust Him to pave your journey!”

A few of his followers reacted to his post by sharing their opinion as captured below;

“Never mind the haters and their negativity.
Focus on doing good & spreading positivity.
Haters are insecure and feel insignificant.

When they see others improving their life, it’s a direct reflection of what they should be doing but are not.

Don’t hate them back.
Pray for them.”

“Indeed ya sheikh . May Almighty continue to bless you with words of wisdom with an Arabic phrase.”

“People are entitled to think whatever they want,just as you are entitled to think what you want.
What people think of you cannot change who you are or what you are worth, unless you allow them to.People don’t know what’s best yor u nobody will ever be as invested in ur life as u.”

“🥀👑🥀💧🥀👑🥀💧🥀💐💕Good Morning Hamza beautifully written a most important Insights And yes what anyone thinks of us shouldn’t matter when we know our self worth we are enough🙈💕with Allah it is enough in us🙈💕great full for this preaching Muftimenk👌🏽👋🏽.”
