Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus had some flowery words to share about the performance of the current government, and here’s what she said;

”Our imports are reducing, and our exports are increasing. That is a sign that our economy is expanding.

For the year-to-date 2024, our imports were N24.44 trillion, while our exports stood at N38.59 trillion. unprecedented trade This gives us an surplus of over N14 trillion in just eight months.

It has never happened in Nigeria. Never. This is a refreshing shift from consumption to production.”

The crux of Eniola Badmus’ post is that the export rate in Nigeria has climbed higher than the import rate, which according to her is a good sign.

Eniola Badmus has been an avid supporter of the Tinubu administration from the onset, and that has earned her a lot of ire from netizens, who constantly drag her online.
