Deji Adeyanju, a human right activist, has condemned the action of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, for planning an attack on President Muhammadu Buhari.
The activist said that the call is senseless and that Kanu’s actions are only guided by his love for money and not his care for the Igbos.
Adeyanji said his latest action put Igbos in the north in great danger as they are susceptible to reprisal attacks.
Deji Adeyanju, a human rights advocate, has called out the Nnamidi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), for ordering his members to attack President Muhammadu Buhari when he visits Japan.
Adeyanji, on his facebook page on Saturday, August 24, called Kanu a business man and an insincere leader whose every move is for financial gain.
The activist said that the IPOB leader is neither driven by any stated ideology to guide his actions or his love for the Igbos. Imo government won’t flout court orders, says Gov Ihedioha.
He said that the misplaced call by Kanu proves his fact that he is being sponsored by some people in the northern part of the country.
“Nnamdi Kanu is only a business man looking for where to collect money. He is not driven by ideology or love for the igbos.”
“After attacking his fellow Igbo brother, Senator Ike Ekweremadu who played a significant role in ensuring his release from Kuje Prison in Germany, Kanu the businessman has called on some of his miscreants/supporters to attack President Buhari as he visits Japan.”
“Those who were doubting me when I said Kanu is being sponsored by some element in the North can now see the clear handwriting on the wall,” he said.
The activist further said that Kanu’s actions are very detrimental to the Igbo’s political strength in the country, saying that his words put Igbos in the north in great danger. PDP back Governor Makinde to probe Ajimobi’s administration over missing vehicles, debt claim.
He said: “He knows but those sponsoring him are doing everything humanly possible to ensure no Igbo man ever rule Nigeria and also put peace loving igbos in the North in danger by setting them up for reprisal attacks by Buhari’s fanatical supporters.”
Adeyanji also said that another evil plan behind the IPOB leader’s latest action is to divide the Igbos against themselves and create an atmosphere of war to reign.
“The other plot is also to use Kanu to divide igbos by creating an atmosphere of war. The plan of the sponsors of Kanu is to provoke the political leaders in the South East, i e -governors and other elected officials to the point that they will have no other option but to orchestrate attacks against Kanu and his supporters in retaliation,” he added.
