The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has arrived at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium.
Reports indicate that the IPOB leader arrived the European Parliament building in Brussels on Tuesday, September 10, after accepting the invitation of a few Members of the European Parliament (MEPs)
This online news platform understands that Kanu will use the opportunity to address the burning issue of IPOB agitation as well as what a “new Biafra” means for Africa.
Kanu had earlier taken to the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Thursday, September 5 to reveal that he had received an invitation from a few MEPs to grace the European Parliament.
The IPOB leader had said that he would during his time at the European Parliament, address “burning issue of IPOB agitation and what a NEW BIAFRA means for Africa.”
His words: “I’m glad to accept the invitation of a few MEPs to address the burning issue of IPOB agitation and what a NEW BIAFRA means for Africa.
“I look forward to leading IPOB in Europe to the historic encounter,”
