A lady, who lied about her wedding has relocated to Canada after scamming her friends of expensive Aso ebi, worth N3.6 million.
The story was shared on X page with handle, @AkiMarlin, and it tells how the supposed bride asked 60 friends to pay N50k each for traditional attire and an additional N10k for a fancy hand fan.
Surprisingly, when the friends arrived at the wedding venue, the bride was nowhere to be found.
They later found out that there was no wedding after news got to them that the lady, who is said to be a vendor in Imo had flew into Canada, leaving her friends in devastating state.
The story reads, “So this lady sold Asoebi to about 60 of her friends for 50k each &hand fan 10k.”
“She gave bridal location at a hotel. Some of her friends came there &she wasn’t there.
Long story short she flew to Canada next day, there was actually no wedding. She’s a popular vendor around IMSU”.

First for people to honour her and buy 60 k asoebi in this hard economy they must really love her Genuinely . Also her friends will be happy she used the money to better her life rather than to have a lavished and divorced marriage or something that ends in tears. This same friends who also bought aseobi for 50k knows their friend ( Suspect) is a Junkie but they got Love for her .. they say “Show me your friends I will tell who you her ”

She is the type that gets to Canada and be looking for men to use juju on and claim his life regardless of his marital status. She is going to continue in Canada and some Nigerians would think they found a newcomer who deserves all the help. She will not prosper and she will return empty handed.
