The Director of Special Media Projects of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign, Femi Fani-Kayode has been mocked on social media after he was invited for questioning, by the Department of State Services (DSS).
The secret police invited the former Minister of Aviation after he alleged that a presidential candidate is plotting coup.
Fani-Kayode had said he learned that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, had a secret meeting with some army generals.
The Defence Headquarters had subsequently denied the meeting, pledging its commitment to democracy.
However, Atiku asked the DSS and police to invite Fani-Kayode for questioning, wondering why he was linked to such.
In a statement on Monday morning, Fani-Kayode said he received an invitation from DSS and would honor the invitation because he had nothing to fear.
Nigerians took to his social media page to mock him for always saying things he has no evidence to prove.
