Mr Eazi task Africans to take ownership of their resources


Ghanaian based RnB and afro-beat sensation, song writer and entrepreneur “Oluwatosin Ajibade” better known by his stage name Mr Eazi has tasked Africans to take charges and ownership of their resources

The Pioneer of banku music took to his twitter handle to share his words with his twitter fans and fellow Africans. He wrote :

“Africa has Always been a Mine for commodities and Music & creativity is daily at the forefront this season! We must learn from what has occurred with Gold, diamond, Cobalt , Crude etc! Ownership is KEY! We must not produce 100% & only retain less than 10% with no infrastructure”

Mr Eazi was born on 19 July 1991 in Port Harcourt and grew up in Lagos, he relocated to kumasi in 2008 to further his education at the Kuame Nkrumah University Of Science And Technology. He launched his music career while studying at the university and drop his first single in 2012 titled “Pipi Dance”, he collaborated with a United Kingdom based DJ juls the following year on another track titled Bankulize. In 2016 Mr Eazi got signed to StarBoy Worldwide Record label and released a mixtape in 2017 Life is Eazi, volume.1: Accra to Lagos . Hits songs in the Album includes “Leg Over”, “Tilapia”and more to counts .

Mr Eazi signed a licensing deal with Universal Africa, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group in 2018 .
