Not only has she interviewed some big artists, she has also taken on personal projects that reflect her love for Afro-fusion music. In her documentary titled Homecoming, she showcases her Nigerian heritage and even shoots some of it in Lagos. Julie might be miles away from home, but her heart is planted at home.
