Beyonce and Jay-Z’s 8 years eldest daughter has led an eventful life so far, whether she’s accompanying her mother on the Lion King soundtrack or walking the red carpet with both her parents in tow.
Famous even before she was born, Blue’s arrival was announced to millions in 2011 at the MTV Video Music Awards when Beyonce rubbed her baby bump mid-performance. Since then, all eyes have been on the tiny icon.
Blue proved that she’s ready for stardom in her mom’s released Netflix documentary and album. She dances alongside her mother and even sings a track of her own, proving she’s inherited her mother’s gift in the intro to Lift Every Voice and Sing.
Her grandmother, Tina Knowles, knows that she’s the true queen of the Carter house.
“Blue is Queen Bee – she’s the second queen,” Miss Tina told Page Six. Sorry, Queen B, looks like there’s a new royal in town.

Blue Ivy was welcomed into the world on January 7, 2012, at Manhattan’s Lennox Hill Hospital. Beyoncé described the birth in an interview with Vogue the following year. “I imagined this tiny infant doing all the work, so I couldn’t think about my own pain,” she said. “We were talking. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a communication.”
Over the years, Blue Ivy has become a mini celebrity in her own right, frequently stealing the spotlight from her famous parents with her Gucci outfits and signature sass.
