A young Nigerian lady recently raises several eyebrows following a new video of her after undergoing intermittent fasting.
The lady gives a massive transformation as she undergoes weight loss after engaging in intermittent fasting for weeks.
In the video, the young Nigerian lady who has a larger stomach, and a quite high body mass index loses most of her weight without going through the knives.
While the lady didn’t give out the intermittent fasting routine she passed through to get her new body shape, Intermittent fasting means that you don’t eat for a period of time each day or week. Some popular approaches to intermittent fasting include: Alternate-day fasting.
Eat a normal diet one day and either completely fast or have one small meal (less than 500 calories) the next day.
The video of the lady sparked reactions online, while many were impressed by her as they aim to do intermittent fasting this year, others said they have once tried in the past but it is not always easy as it requires consistency and dedication.
