Lydia Forson clashes with Prince David Osei over upliftment of partial lockdown

Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson and actor, Prince David Osei have clashed over the President’s decision over the upliftment of the partial lockdown.

After President Akufo Addo’s address to the Nation, both expressed their opinions on his address with Lydia Forson expressing his worry in the decision taken to lift the restriction of movement on lockdown areas.

According to Lydia, most people were not adhering to the laid down directives even when a Lockdown was imposed so the lifting up of ban was uncalled for. She argued that this decision will increase the spread of the COVID-19.

But Prince David Osei in a rebuttal said, “We need to learn to be responsible citizens take care of ourselves by still adhering to all precautionary measures, wearing our masks and practicing…”

Prince David also attacked Lydia for not being able to help one of her fans when he asked for financial support. He further mentioned that the extension of the lockdown will make people died out of hunger.
