A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to reveal the circumstantial method an okada rider employed to get her number.
Olasumbo said that she boarded a bike to take her to her destination but because of the shortage of naira in circulation, she decided to pay him with transfer.
However, he did not get the credit alert immediately so he asked for her number in order not to make her wait until he receives the payment.
The okada rider said he would call her later for a follow up incase the money fails to go through.
Much to Olasumbo’s surprise, the guy sent her a message in Yoruba asking if he could take her on a date.
She blamed the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele and his naira redesign policy which made cash to become scarce.
She wrote; “I took bike today and did transfer, bikeman did not get alert so he asked for my number so he does not keep me waiting.
Bike man called me this evening and said: mo fe gbe e jade( i want to take you out) Emefiele you do this one.”
