Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit from an ex-employee accusing him of lewd behavior and anti-Semitism.
The rapper, 47, who was accused of ‘hiring a fixer’ to follow wife Bianca Censori in another lawsuit last month, has been hit by claims he donned a swastika shirt after making his former project manager listen to him and Censori, 29, have sex.
In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Murphy Aficionado alleges West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel room in November 2022, and that when he walked in West was ‘shirtless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned.’
The suit claims Censori ‘was topless with her hands barely covering her breasts’ and that it was ‘obvious they had just had sex.’
Aficioniado claims West referred to Candace Owens’ former lawyer as a ‘Jewish spy’ during the meeting.
He claims West then ran to the room where Censori was and said: ‘Wait right here. Do NOT leave’ – and that within seconds he could hear ‘loud moaning and clapping’ signalling West and Censori were having sex again.
Aficioniado also claims that 10 minutes later West came back out ‘as if nothing had happened’ and wearing a T-shirt with the Nazi logo on, before asking him: ‘Don’t you like my shirt?’
He further claims that West sat down with him after and showed him naked photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Aficionado also alleges West called him back to the hotel later that week where he saw the star and a ‘famous NFL wide receiver’ clad in towels around their waists ahead of getting massages.
He claims West demanded he sit there again to wait again and that he heard ‘clapping and moaning’ as West and the masseuse allegedly had sex.
The suit alleges that when West left the room, the NFL star went in and further sexual sounds were heard.
Aficionado was fired in 2023 by West and is now suing for discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and failure to pay wages.
