Roma manager, Jose Mourinho has insisted he is “happy” at the club, despite being linked with a return to Chelsea.
The Blues are looking for a new permanent manager after sacking Graham Potter earlier this month and bringing Frank Lampard.
Lampard was brought in on a caretaker basis but he is unlikely to get a permanent deal after losing his first four games in charge.
Chelsea is drawing up a manager shortlist and there is a good chance Mourinho could be on it.
But the Portuguese, speaking after Roma reached the semi-finals of the Europa League on Thursday night, said he is happy in Italy.
“I’m happy here at Roma. I love the people, and they like me.
“Sometimes I’m frustrated, but I’m sure there’s room for improvement here,” Mourinho said.
