Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party has won a landslide in Imo State.
He got a total of 352,904 votes to beat his nearest rival, the All Progressives Congress.
The returning officer, Charles Esimone, said that Obi scored 352,904 while Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress(APC) scored 66, 171 votes while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) got 30,044 while Rabiu Kwankwaso got 1,536 votes.
Results were collated in 26 out of the 27 Local Government Areas of the state.
The returning officer said that the results of the Njaba LGA were not collated because of violence.

Also the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) defeated the All Progressive Congress(APC) candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu who came second while the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) candidate Atiku Abubakar placed third.
The results were announced at the Ebonyi Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) in Abakaliki, the capital of the State on Tuesday.
The Collation Officer for Ebonyi State, Prof Charles Igwe, who is the Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria (UNN) announced the final results.
He said Obi garnered 259738 while Tinubu got 42402 votes and Atiku scored 13503 votes.
