A confused Nigerian man expressed his dilemma about his abusive relationship on social media.
He asserted that since their marriage five years ago, his wife has been physically abusing him in their marital house. The terrified husband claimed that the main factor keeping him married is the support of his parents.
He admitted that even though his wife hits him, she is kind to his family. He claims that he cannot divorce his wife because she is good in bed and also cannot since the domestic abuse makes him feel ashamed of himself.
The man wrote; “I have been married for 5 years now but I’m not happy in my marriage. I’m still married because of my parents. My wife is nice to my family but beats me at home.
I feel ashamed to say many things. I wanted to divorce her but she’s so good in bed. I’m dying slowly in my own house.”
