Several reactions have started trailing photos involving popular Nigerian singer Ayra Starr with her senior colleague Jaywon and famous American singer Chris Brown.
In the trending photos, Ayra Starr joined the league of Nigerian singers at a star-studded event in Los Angeles, USA.
The event was also graced by Chris Brown among other superstars ahead of highly anticipated 2024 Grammy awards coming up tonight, February 4th 2023.
Note that Ayra Starr is also nominated for 2024 Grammy Awards as her hit song “Rush” was nominated in the category of Best African Music Performance and she is up against fellow Nigerian artists Davido, Burna Boy and Olamide.
However, in the photos circulating online, Jaywon was seen trying to take a picture with Ayra Starr only for the latter to press down the hand of the former so that he is unable to touch her.
A moment later, Ayra Starr was seen taking pictures with global star Chris Brown; by extension, the singer was in a cozy state with the American singer at the same event in Los Angeles, USA.
Reacting to this, an X user identified as Irunnia urges people tp hustle harder so that they won’t be displaced just like the way Ayra Starr manages to displace Jaywon and feel free while with Chris Brown.
Irunnia wrote; “If you line no hustle.”

aanniittaa_____irabor: This isn’t about hustling,it’s just about her knowing that Chris brown won’t touch her in a manner that is inappropriate but we all know we can’t say same about that guy (who isn’t broke)…a lot of African/Nigerian men do not understand what respect and boundaries are.
mammahfresh: The cloth she’s putting on is not the type to accommodate touches please, it’s not that deep. Besides many Nigerian men don’t even know their boundaries.
adelmo_ema: It Yorubas respect now , una say she no get respect na e she hold hand.
miriam_lovy: She’s just blocking the hand because she definitely know where it will go if not blocked.
