Men of the Nigerian Army have arrested four young men suspected of engaging in internet fraud commonly known as ‘Yahoo Yahoo’.
The soldiers apprehended the suspects in their base of operations, as part of the fresh efforts to clampdown on yahoo boys across the country.
In a video posted on social media, the uniformed men could be seen interrogating the four alleged yahoo boys who had already been stripped to their undergarment.
They asked one of the boys to demonstrate how they conduct their scam using a laptop and phone found in the possession of the suspects. The army men also warned yahoo boys to desist from the act, noting that if they fail to do so, the soldiers will fish them out.
The clip caption reads; “If una no stop yahoo, we dey come for you. God bless Nigeria army forever.”
