“I was raised to respect and value men” – Ini Edo speaks, reveals that men needs to be respected

Popular Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, has revealed in her latest interview why she does not see herself as a feminist.

She made this disclosure in a new video where she disclosed that she does not see herself as a feminist because she was raised to value men, saying that she does not refer to herself as a king.

She made it known that she was brought up in a way that she should respect men, which is why she prefers to represent both genders rather than women alone.

She stated that she is not the type of woman who calls themselves kings, saying that she would rather be a queen on her own and allow men to be the king.

In the statement she made in the video, she said, “I was raised to respect and value men; I don’t see myself as a king like other women.” I’m not a feminist; I prefer to represent both genders because I was raised that way. “I’m not the type of woman who tries to be the king; I prefer to be a queen on my own and let the man be the king.”

Her message in the interview is aimed at letting people know that she is not a feminist, saying that she does not try to share the throne with men. The actress has established herself as one of the most sought-after Nollywood actresses, thanks to her talent and the roles she plays in movies, which have helped her become a household name among movie lovers in Nigeria.
