I Was Paid N10,000 For My First Movie Role –Kunle Afolayan


Popularly known actor, Kunle Afolayan, the son of a legendary filmmaker, Ade Love is in the news again.

This time around, it is not about his blockbuster movies but his sojourn into the make-believe industry.

The talented actor turned filmmaker started acting around 1998 when he featured in Tunde Kilani’s movie titled “Shaworo Ide”.

In a brief chat, he was asked how much was his first take-home money in the movie industry, he said “I think it was N10, 000 but I was a banker so the money didn’t freak me” he concluded

At the moment, information has it that, the dynamic actor own a company called Golden Effect which is a prudent company that is into documentaries, equipment hiring and they have equipment worth more than 200 million according to information.
