“I want us to live in peace and harmony” – Basketmouth spills, tenders deep apology to AY Makun (Video)

Award-winning Nigerian comedian, Brighy Okpocha better known by his stage name Basketmouth has tendered a deep apology to his colleague, Ayo Makun.

In a video on his Instagram page, he apologized to AY for everything he had done or said that had affected him as he called for them to live in peace and harmony.

He also apologized to anyone in the industry who has been offended over time knowingly or unknowingly by his actions.

Basketmouth also apologized to those who have accused him of doing things that have affected their career.

He added that his apology is because he has a show coming up next month and he wants his tickets to sell.

“Now to all the people in the industry that I have offended over time knowingly or unknowingly, I say this to you from the bottom of my heart, I am genuinely sorry. Please forgive me.

To the people that have accused me of doing things, that affected their career in one way or the other, I am not going to accept or deny these allegations because God knows the truth. But regardless please forgive me, I beg you from the bottom of my heart.

To my guy, AY I don’t know if my apology is still valid, but if it is please forgive me for whatever I have done or said in the past that has affected you in any way. And I want you to know that I have forgiven you for whatever you did or said. I just want us to live in peace and harmony. For those that feel this apology video is because I have a show that’s coming up on the 26th of November, you are absolutely correct. I am trying to sell tickets for my show but I am also sorry for everything that I have done”.
