“I promise you hell” – Singer Ruger sends note of warning to a certain somebody

Afrobeat artist Ruger has recently taken to his instagram story to warn a particular person.

Netizens believe that this particular person or group of people that he is shading at are his former record label.

He also reveals that he is using the opportunity to warn a particular person not to meddle in anything that has to do with him or his business.

In his words, he says,

“I’m using this chance to warn someone. This person knows himself or these people know themselves. If I ever hear that you go behind me to include yourself in my business again or go behind me to take what is mine, I promise you hell.”

This is coming weeks after he announced that he had started his own label, Blown Boy, as rumors emerged that he was no longer with his highly regarded label.

Now recall that back in October of 2023, Ruger had given his insights on Mohbad’s death. He expressed that a lot of the reasons why some artists become really sad and depressed is because the audience stopped engaging with them.

He further stated that after Mohbad had died, netizens had stopped listening to his music. Rather, after Mohbad had left his former record label, Marlian, that netizens had stopped listening to his music and that might have contributed to his depression.
