Veteran Nigerian actor, Chiwetalu Agu has appreciated his wife, Nkechi Agu, for being his backbone through the years as he navigates through life and career.
He took to social media on Monday, July 22 to celebrate his wife as she turned a year older, and noted that wouldn’t have made it this far in life without her support.
Chiwetalu Agu, who is 68 years old, could be seen serenading his wife with his melodious voice as he sang the ‘Happy Birthday’ song for her.
In a video making the rounds, the movie star revealed that Nkechi encourages him in difficult times, and for that he vowed to continue to love and adore her.
He said; “I want to thank you for being an amazing person to me. I want to thank you for letting me be your husband. Even God knows I wouldn’t have made it this far without your support.
“Thank you for being one of the major reasons I refuse to give up on life. I might not have gold or silver to give you, but believe me when I say my love for you will remain, My Queen.”
