Dr. Ayuba Musa, the landlord of the N800 million house alleged to be owned by Nigerian Vice President’s daughter, Kiki Osinbajo has released a statement which falsifies all claims made by Mr. Jackson Ude about the ownership of the house.
Recall Tontrends earlier reported the news of Kiki defrauding the government to purchase the building where she runs her business, according to a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Jackson Ude.
His claims made waves on social media as his tweet made it obvious that Kiki had acquired the building with government money.
This brought about some speculations until she responded to the claims through a post she made on her Instagram page saying she is just a tenant in the house and gave off details of the owner.
Her landlord, Dr. Ayuba Musa has responded to the news circulating in the media space, falsifying all claims made by Jackson Ude. According to him, never has he sold the house to Kiki, she is just a tenant and even renewed her tenancy agreement not long ago.
He added that he is the sole owner and all documents about the house is in his name, challenging doubters to check from the registry.
“In reaction to the recent reports on social media with regards to the property mentioned above, I write to declare that I, Dr. Ayuba Z Musa, am the rightful owner of the said property located at No. 40 Durban Street, Wuse 2, Abuja.
“I have all my documents that are duly registered with the Abuja Geographic Information Systems (AGIS).
“I have never at any point or time sold or have agreed to sell my property to GLAM’D Africa, Miss Osinbajo, or to any other person; this is completely false,”
