Nigerian Twitter influencer and social commentator, Daniel Regha, has opened up on how he genuinely feels about actress and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham amid their dispute.
It may be recalled that in 2023, Daniel Regha turned down an invitation from Toyin Abraham after he gave her film “Ijakumo” a negative review.
Even while he has a lot of respect for the actress, he said that her backing of the current government even after the EndSARS protest goes against everything he stands for.
Talking about their beef during a recent episode of Backyard Yarns podcast, influencer, Omotara Akanni described Daniel Regha’s remarks and actions as bullying.
The famous critic stated that contrary to what some may belief, his opinions about Toyin doesn’t mean he hates her, however, he just doesn’t regard her.
According to the vocal internet personality, what got him upset the most was that many other persons gave their opinion about the movie and he wasn’t amongst the first persons to watch the movie, but she took interest in his comment.
