Opeyemi Falegan, a Nigerian politician, philanthropist and ex-lover of Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has recently dragged Nigerian musician, Seun Kuti for slapping a Policeman.
The musician who also happens to be the youngest son of Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Kuti, made the rounds lately after a video of him assaulting a policeman went viral.
However, Falegan couldn’t help but react to the musician’s audacity as he expressed his disappointment in the singer and stated that the singer would have served a jail term for his actions in a developed country.
Falegan wrote: “…In a developed environment, you would have served a jail term for such improper indecorous action…”
Falegan appreciated the policeman for his level of calmness in the situation while stating that the policeman’s composure shows that the Nigerian police is still the best force in the world. Falegan further emphasized on the drastic measures that would have been taken if Seun Kuti committed this offense in a more developed environment.
