Popular Nigerian ‘Afrobeats’ singer, Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has advised men to take care of themselves.
Adekunle Gold, who is known for his smooth vocals and catchy tunes, took to his Twitter (X) page as he revealed that men die younger than women.
Throughout history, women have consistently enjoyed longer lifespans compared to men. In 2021, the average life expectancy was 73.2 years for males and 79.1 years for females. Several factors contributing to this difference include behaviors, genetics, and the lack of preventive healthcare.
However, ‘Ogaranya’ crooner recommended that men should prioritize self-care.
He wrote, “Men, take care of yourself. Grandma plenty pass Grandpa for this world.”
