Falz blows hot over president’s failure to address Nigerians amid hardship protests

Nigerian rapper and rights activist, Folarin Falana, professionally known as Falz, has taken to social media to send a subliminal message to the current government of Bola Tinubu.

Fal called out President Tinubu for not listening to advice when he was told not to run for the highest office in Nigeria, yet he insisted that it was ”his birthright.”

Though he did not mention the president’s name, the Hip Hop star wondered why he has chosen to turn a deaf ear to the cries of the people even as protests rock states across the country.

In a series of tweets, the artiste asked how long the government can continue to oppress the people and subject them to hardship before there is a push back.

Fals wrote; “Genuinely don’t know why it’s so difficult to be humane. They say make you leave am, you no gree. Say na your birthright. You can’t now turn a deaf ear.

You tried to make it look like the protests were “politically motivated”. Shebi una don see now? How long do you think you can keep on pushing the people back before it blows up in your face?”
