A Nigerian woman has turned to social media to counsel married women, telling them to avoid the effect of civilization on their marriages.
Identified as Chinyere Jacinta, she expressed her thoughts on the widely used platform Facebook regarding the importance of upholding traditional marital roles.
In her remarks, Jacinta cautioned women to avoid allowing contemporary influences to interfere with their marriages.
She emphasized that women should acknowledge their husbands as the heads of the household and resist being swayed by social media narratives. Jacinta contended that those who oppose this view are simply engaging in selective feminism.
“Don’t let civilization break your lovely home. There is nothing like 50/50 in marriage. Your husband is your boss. Don’t let social media brainwash you. Our people are practicing selective feminism,” she stated.
