Nigerians on social media especially Twitter are currently expressing their displeasures towards seasoned TV Host and actress, Toke Makinwa. This outrage is coming after the OAP left some triggering comments on the app in the early hours of Wednesday.
Toke is tweeting and sending out this particular message after Nigerians on Twitter called out her colleagues in the entertainment scene; Funke Akindele, Naira Marley and former governship candidate of Lagos state, Babatunde Gbadamosi over breaking Lagos State rules of Social distancing – a measure enforced by the State to control the outbreak of Coronavirus.
After several reactions and trending of hashtags on the platform by Nigerians, Funke Akindele and Husband were sentenced to forteen days community service and a fine of 100,000 Naira by a Magistrate court sitting in Lagos, on Monday, 6th of April. After this, Naira Marley and Gbadamosi turned themselves in for the police and have been served justice equally.
