Afrobeat Artist and Star Burna Boy has recently taken to Snapchat to reveal what being a Champion entails.
He expressed that the difference between being a Champion and being a normal person is that Champions do not have an off button. He further revealed that this was a statement that many people would not understand.
In his words, he says,
“the difference between Champions and normal people is Champions don’t have an off button. Some will never understand.”
Now recall that just a few days ago, Burna Boy had been in an online clash after a co-fan of Davido had trolled him. It all started when this Davido fan had slammed him for not winning any of the four Grammys that he was nominated for. However, Burna Boy responded by stating that the actual joke is in his display picture.
On further research, it turned out that on the display picture of this troll, Davido’s photo was right there. His statement also rekindled the long-time rivalry that existed between Davido and Burna Boy’s fans.
Also recall that in the last year of 2023, Burna Boy had mocked Paulo Okoye, the current partner to Iyabo Ojo, for placing a 5 million Naira bid on his fan over Davido. It all started when a troll had wished Davido death.
Paulo Okoye had urged anyone who had the contacts to track him down while revealing that he would give the said person 5 million Naira. However, reacting to this, Burna Boy took to his Instagram page to mock him with the statement “5 million Naira” while using laughing emojis.
