A video that surfaced on social media captured an interesting exchange between men of the Edo State Police command and Benin youths.
There was an incident that led to unrest on the streets of Benin and police were called to disperse the crowd that gathered. When the officers arrived, they asked the young boys to leave but there was resistance, so they decided to scare them off with gunshots.
When a shot was fired allegedly into the air around the crowd, the youths still refused to leave or run away. Rather they screamed some local slangs to let the police know that they are not scared of guns.
