Popular Nollywood actor and comedian, Dike Osinachi, better known as Egbeigwe Apama takes to social media to express displeasure over the amount he was able to withdraw from the bank after spending hours in the queue.
The comic actor in a video he shared via his Facebook page disclosed that after moving from bank to bank and queueing for hours, he was able to get only N20K in 50 naira denomination.
Apama went on to show off the bundles of 50 naira notes which were 4; N5K each.
He further called on the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to provide money for the banks as it appears the issue is not from the commercial banks’ end.
Undoubtedly, the cash scarcity and withdrawal limit is taking a toll on virtually all Nigerians.
This comes a few days after the comedian vowed never to return to Nigeria while flaunting a U.S. passport.
Taking to his Facebook page, the comic actor revealed that he has finally gotten his green card to the US.
Showing off his passport, Apama vowed never to step foot in Nigeria again and dared his fans or anyone who ever sees him in the country to bill him.
Speaking on his children, the movie star stated that he has left his children for his wife to take care of as he wants to hustle and at the same time, enjoy his life.
His statement about his wife taking care of his children while he enjoys, coupled with the fact that he is based in Nigeria has led many to doubt the authenticity of the passport being his.
